Recruitement in IT industries are done in a phenomenal way. Engineers (that too freshers) are given priority for code developing and software product development. This makes others (non-freshers, arts and science candidates) unhappy and forcing to do unmindful work. this makes some glittering people and studious people to get lost and not get placed in the good books. Some people, chose the wrong course of direction like terrorismt
