Notice Period
I respect the culture that is being followed in the organisation nowadays. But, I do not know why people are not given the proper respect when they are willing to leave the organisation. Once a resource has, put the paper he is considered to be a dead person from the company.His/her position is grabbed. He/she must transfer the power of attorney to the respected person. People who are being in the notice period will be dethrowned all is because they put up their papers. Instead, they can be relieved with in the sojourn. Anyhow, a project or a work will not depend on a single person. If so, it should not be. To enhance or improve the work culture, the concern project or work should be known to certain staff of employees.Resignation is not peoples' intension. HR must do a groundwork or paperwork to know-how to stop unnecessary resignation.FAQsWhy people are not working when they are in their Notice period?Why management is throwing their ears to the people who are in the notice period, for their requisition of relieve them soon?Why the inputs of resigned people are not getting highlighted?Why people are cornered when they reverting their resignation papers?
