Senior Citizens are second time babies

Senior citizens: People once crossing their age of 5o, they are becoming child once again. They expect even more love and affection than before. They don't expect on food items, money and dress etc. but, love. I do not know why the in-laws coming for the senior citizens are not matching their wavelengths to the latter. We cannot follow anyone fully, whatever they tells and nobody expect to do so but, to an extent. Though, our parents does/tells good things to us we will not follow exactly or abruptly. We have brain and we are not machines. However, we will get adjust with our parents. Despise, we need to take care of them, we are avoiding/ignoring, even scolding sometimes. Their little heart is like a sponge which will get burn when we yell at them.
Nevertheless, we need to respect our elders, we are spoiling their lives by several ways. Life is a cycle, where we will reap what we sow. One fine day, we will repent for not respecting our seniors/parents by the time, they might have gone. What is the point in repenting later on. Healing them with soft words, spending at least 1 hour daily with them will keep them in peace and us as well. They are done, with working hard and achievement. High time to take rest and in tour to see several places as they wish to be.
They beaten us, screwed us and even more while we are in childhood. It is all for our virtue. Children do not know the virtual path. Parents will guide them to take a right course of direction.

What is Life?

Everybody born as intelligent. I wonder how it happens, children of same day even same minute born, are not living in the similar way. Each and every child in this world is having unique way of life determination. Who is writing the prelude of a child's life? Who is concluding a man's life course? If so, why the human being has 6th sense? Its a million dollar question! Everybody do advice, eventhough they do not like to. Not all the advice are being followed, and even if it is followed, the outcome is not the expected one.What is expectation. why mind expects for something?Expectations are imposters. If anything expected does not happens, the mind get frustrated. Notice Period

I respect the culture that is being followed in the organisation nowadays. But, I do not know why people are not given the proper respect when they are willing to leave the organisation. Once a resource has, put the paper he is considered to be a dead person from the company.His/her position is grabbed. He/she must transfer the power of attorney to the respected person. People who are being in the notice period will be dethrowned all is because they put up their papers. Instead, they can be relieved with in the sojourn. Anyhow, a project or a work will not depend on a single person. If so, it should not be. To enhance or improve the work culture, the concern project or work should be known to certain staff of employees.Resignation is not peoples' intension. HR must do a groundwork or paperwork to know-how to stop unnecessary resignation.FAQsWhy people are not working when they are in their Notice period?Why management is throwing their ears to the people who are in the notice period, for their requisition of relieve them soon?Why the inputs of resigned people are not getting highlighted?Why people are cornered when they reverting their resignation papers?

Recruitement in IT industries are done in a phenomenal way. Engineers (that too freshers) are given priority for code developing and software product development. This makes others (non-freshers, arts and science candidates) unhappy and forcing to do unmindful work. this makes some glittering people and studious people to get lost and not get placed in the good books. The Bhuttos’s assassination proclaims that democracy in Pakistan is a lifeless word. Atrocious death, odious end, abnormal destination, world condemns – these are the expressions given by the leaders of different nations, people of different countries.ExtremismThis day of lawlessness will continued until the violence, terrorism and extremism exists. Terrorism/extremism will never culminate for any troubles. I wonder, still the words like Non-violence, peace process does exist. From my day of consent, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln, Indra Gandhi, and now Bhutto in the list of life-offerers to establish peace process.Reinstituting and old customPerhaps, the time has come to reinstitute an old custom (peace process). Somebody (even me/you) must take the course of direction or run through in the name of non-violence. Of course, everybody who got the fag-end of their life, had struggled to keep up the harmony in this universe. The paradigm for the former statement is Gandhiji for peninsular India. Bereavement-The Lost Mother

Everybody likes and loves their mother, of course mother is the one who introduces, father even. I would do so. The parents take responsibilities for their childrens' birth and providing better life. However, children (son/daughter) cannot take full responsibility for their parents life, after an extent. Even organization/insurance policies are finding the grip in providing the service to the old. Our organization is one of the best one (UBS) but failed to provide medical assistance/insurance for the parental dependeesProfessional pathAfter finishing my degree (B.Sc Maths) in 2002 may, I started my professional career in Sep-02 at Cybervision solutions as a data entry operator with the salary of just Rs. 1,750/month (3months) and found a little betterment in HTC global services for Rs.2,250/month (Dec-02 till Jan-04). I started thinking, instead of searching betterment in the work profile, why don't we design our career path in such a way to climb up the corporate ladder or to get a very good salary. For a normal young who has not aligned his education properly, will take a period of 5 to 8 years to set his professional path. But, my father is already 55 when I was just 20. It was then, the high time to put myself in a proper professional path, so as to get rid of my father from his tiresome work. It is one of my responsibility. The pathetic situation is, my brother, he was earning only Rs. 7,500/month by then. So our total family income comes around 13,000/m.Turn-upLife turned up after joining OfficeTiger (now RR Donnelley) in Jan-04. We (me and my brother) both worked for OT. Now the salary of mine would be 6,500/m and my brother would be 10,000/m. I strived hard to climb one step in that corporate ladder of OT. Finally, I was offerred 12,000/m with the prospective promotion as, Lead Document specialist post and added onus to be incharge for desktop application testing division comprising of 3 core members.Subject to constraintWhy I am emphasising the career path here is, I was not able to save my mother even I am earning such a huge amount with no credits/liabilities. The wholesum amount will come to my parents excluding my conveyance expenses. Unusual thing here is, every month she will not ask for the salary amount. But she did so, for the month of December-07 on 1st of Jan. The new year 2008 came. Unlike most of us, its just another day for me. I slept well on new year eve night after watching all the scraps in TV. The new-year day left with usual things. Next day, I my day started and left to the office casually by saying bye and take care to my parents. Fine evening arrived. Rightly 3pm I received a call from my father that your mother died. I was stunned. What next? Baffled. State of Pandemonium. I was planning, to take my parents, to Hyderabad where I got an excellent job with the salary of Rs. 22,000/m. Look at the deviation, from 12,000 to 22,000. It is just a big hick-up, but at any cost I cannot speak, at least one word, with my mother. Crying at 1:11AM even after 3month of that big bereavement. My mother is like a kid. She will never ever give hers (even pencil) to anybody at any cost. That much possessiveness.WonderI was wondering, why God took my mother and gave me a very royal like and luxurious life. Money can't buy all. There are still things exist in this universe, which any human hardly buy with his whole wealth. Parents gave me birth in this wonderful and fantastic world. They protected me from evil, they hold me back from Jaundice when I suffered and gave a new birth. They did all for me. But (crying) I could not hold them back, from their death. Neither anyone does..... I pray to God, I should not come to this world when I am gone....

Poor Prisoners

One day, I have been to Zoo recently. Lot more time I saw animals jailed in there before. But recently when I went there I realized that the animals and birds of rare are kept behind the bars. Think here. What the wrong they did to keep that in the prison only for the reason of people entertainment. Crows are flying freely outside, but the five colored parrots and white turks are kept in a small cage with little food.The water inside every animals' habitat is a rain water with full of animal shit, inadequate and liable to cause sickness. Human being, when did some anti-social thing, he is punished and called prisoners. Why these poor animals and birds are given lifetime rigorous imprisonment. It must be planned in such-a-way that everything will be left freely like Vedandhangal bird sanctuary, and animals are kept in a vast area with a perfect pathway kept where people can watch.Shouldn't it be given freedom? There is a difference between a wild tiger and a zoo tiger.....

What is Religion?

Religion is the belief or practice made several millennium ago. Often codified as prayers, rituals and moral myths of people, often centered with supernatural power and a strong belief of way to eternity as well. Lot of writings, history, rules and regulations sculptured human kind in the name of religious aspect. Man got frightened of nature (thunder and lightening, sun, etc.,) in the beginning and slowly he started praying the nature in the form of God. After several centuries, man gave a form to the supernatural power and named as 'God'.World major religion Christian's holy Bible says Adam and Eve was the first human being in the Earth. Second major Islamic religion says Prophet Mohammad came to earth so as to take people in the right course. 'Fear of God is the beginning of wisdom'. Lot of Gods with lot of myths in ancient and very famous Hindu religion. The two eyes of Bharat country Ramayana and Mahabharata, shows lots and lots of virtual path to the human kind. In general, all the religions are against of terrorism, war and devastation to the society.Religions are must. They exist not because of discrimination, but for the development for human society. The rules and regulations set by our forefathers and mothers has some cause and effect. Some turned or looked to be superstitious belief. In the film Anbe Sivam, Nasar is a strong believer of Lord Shiva. His only desire of getting her only daughter married to a nice person, will get fulfilled. Whereas, Kamal is an atheist but a strong believer of God in the form of human love. His ultimate aim of getting a good salary hike to the poverty people, will also get fulfilled. The moral is Belief in God-no matter in the form of love or stone.Slowly, the religious aspect and religious spirituality is getting spoiled nowadays, in the form of love marriage. Eternity, the immortal could be reached if a man follows and respect his indigenous religion. Otherwise, the man will come to this world several times in the form of mortal. Religions will waive a path or direction to attain mukti. I shall not go in depth of spirituality.I would desperately say, none of them, not even a single sole in Muslim religion, born as atheist and no Christians will avoid going to church on Sundays, as of my knowledge. Staunch Muslims and firm Christians. I see only Hindus, debating and spoiling our own religion. The purpose of having a statue form in Hindu religion is to get bhakthi and mainly to avoid evil thoughts. If I see Vinayagar idol in my way, my thoughts will get stopped and worship with virtue. Muslims does not have idols since they sit in Vajrasana (mental strength occurs if we sit like that). No need to follow the religion at least stop criticising or spoiling the religious aspect. One day or other our great grandchildren will forget their religion. We shall persist to our religion and hail righteousness by preaching our religious aspects to our next generation.
